HENKELL BROTHERS supports young Australian opera talent by organising the annual German-Australian Opera Grant. For this purpose we have formed a Business-Arts Partnership with the opera company More Than Opera Ltd.

The Grantee receives the opportunity to be a member of the professional ensemble at the Hessian State Theatre in Wiesbaden. This is the gateway to an international career for a talented young Australian opera singer and a very rare opportunity.

Through regular events the perception and reputation of the traditional art form of opera is increased and German-Australian ties in the community are strengthened.
